N SIC registration is a Single Point Registration under The National Small Industries Corporation. The Government is the single largest buyer of a variety of goods. With a view to increase the share of purchases from the small-scale sector, the Government Stores Purchase Programme was launched in 1955-56. The units registered under Single Point Registration Scheme of NSIC are eligible to get the benefits under Public Procurement Policy for Micro & Small Enterprises (MSEs) NSIC registers Micro & small Enterprises (MSEs) under Single Point Registration scheme (SPRS) for participation in Government Purchases.

REGISTRATION under NSIC is Voluntary:
-Micro & Small Enterprises (MSEs) having Udyog Adhaar Memorandum (UAM) and possess their own workshop or on lease basis are eligible for registration. Eligible enterprises should possess commercial and technical advancement to provide services for supply to various Government departments that include defence, railways, PSUs, and central and state government departments. MSMEs fulfilling this criterion are eligible for registration under SPRS.
– MSEs who have already started their commercial production but not completed 1 year of existence are also eligible for the registration.
1. Tender sets are issued at free of cost.
2. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) payments are exempted.
3. 358 items are reserved for exclusive purchase from SSI Sector.
4. PSUs, departments, central ministries shall fix an annual goal of minimum 25% of the total annual purchases of products/services produced by MSEs.
5. In addition, NSIC offers various consultancy services that include entrepreneurship development, capacity building, policy and institutional framework and business development services.
1. Copy of the Pan Card of the Company/Firm/LLP/ .
2. Self attested copy of, Bank Statement, Landline Bill, Power Connection Bill, water Bill in the name of the establishment, Any license/certificate/number issued by any Govt. authority etc., as address proof of the establishment.
3. In case of company Memorandum/Articles of Association/ Partnership Deed.
4. ID, Address Proof, Mobile Number & E mail ID of all Directors/Partners.
5. Copy of registration certificate issued under Companies Act, GST, Importer and Exporter code etc.,
6. In case of factory, License number and date of issue of license.
7. Business Activity of the Company/Firm/LLP.
8. Details of other Registration in any other statute, if any.
9. Udyog Adhaar Memorandum (UAM) Number
10. E-Mail id and Mobile number of the firm/company.
11. Details of Bank account along with a Cancelled cheque.
12. Declaration of entry been made in MSME Data Bank.
13. Proof of ownership of raw materials, plant/machinery, equipment and tools.
14. Performance statement, as per application’s Performa ‘Annexure-F’
15. Copy of sales deed.
16. Proof of Business existence & Audited balance sheet and P&L statement for minimum 3 years.
17. List of employees indulged in production and services & Write-up on quality control measurement opted by firm for quality control
