P artner is the person who take care the management of the LLP . LLP may add partner in certain conditions like requirement of capital, experties, retirement of existing partner etc. Its totally wish of the partners of addition of partner of in a LLP.

Eligibility for Designated Partner :
1. Only individual can be appointed as Partner
2. (S)he must have Designated Partner Identification Number(DPIN)
4. (S)he age should not be less than 18 years
5. (S)he should not be unsound mind, Insolvent or imprisonment by court
6.(S)he is not disqualify by court etc

Process of Addition of Designated Partner:
1. Proposed Designated Partner should have DPIN other wise need to Apply for DPIN in DIR-3
2. Receiving Consent from Designated Partner for such appointment
3. Resolution for addition of Designated Partner
4. Preparing Supplementary Partnership Deed
5. Filing of Form 4
6. Filing of Form 3

1. Photo, Mobile No. Email id of Proposed Designated Partner
2. PAN, Address Proof of Proposed Designated Partner
3. DPIN of Proposed Designated Partner
4. Resolution for Addition of Designated Partner
5. Consent from Designated Partner
6. Form 4 for Addition of Designated Partner
7. Form 3 for Supplementary Agreement
